All trailers have a queen size bed in a private bedroom area, full private restroom, TV w/DVD player (DVD's can be rented at the beachstore), a 6'couch that folds into a double bed, heating & a/c, microwave oven, double kitchen sink, refrigerator & freezer, and they are all super clean. Some units have a dining table that folds into a 3rd bed, other units have a dining table and chairs and do not make into a bed. Trailers DO NOT include cookware, bedding or towels ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN TRAILERS! All units have dual battery systems and propane powered refrigerators, freezers and cooking. Campsite electrical hookups (not available at all sites) are required to operate 120volt devices like the tv/dvd players, microwave ovens, etc.. Campsites do not have water or sewer hookups, so water use in trailers is limited to water on board. You are encouraged to use the clean, modern facilities available in the park. (Trailer water services @ $75.00 per service are usually available with reasonable notice). Lompoc RV Rentals delivers to most parks in parks in Santa Barbara County.
